      Abstract
      The aim of this study is determining the influence of bornout on the organizational member performance by mediating variables instrinsic and extrinsic motivation to students of DIY who join organizations. Sampling methode used in this research is non-probability sampling by using convenience sampling technique. The number of samples in this study there are 126 poeple who are students from various universities in DIY. Data collected by using quisionnaires. This quantitative data analysis uses structural equatin modeling (SEM) with AMOS program as analytical tool in research. The result of this study proves that burnout has significant negative effect on intrinsic motivation, intrinsic motivation has influence on significant positive effect in organizational performance, burnout has significant negative effect on extrinsic motivation, and extrinsic motivation has significant positive effect toward organizational member performance, intrinsic and extrinsic motivation able to mediate burnout on performance organization member.
