      Abstract
      This study aims to determine the effect of work engagement and job satisfaction mediating the influence of psychological climate on turnover intention. The data used in this study are primary data obtained directly from employees of The Sahid Rich Hotel Yogyakarta. The method of analysis uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method. Data analysis using AMOS analysis tools. Based on the analysis that has been done, the results show that the psychological climate has a direct effect on turnover intention but is not significant. Psychological climate significantly influences job satisfaction. Psychological climate significantly influences work involvement. Job satisfaction has a direct effect on turnover intention but is not significant. Job involvement significantly does not have a direct effect on turnover intention. Overall the factors that influence turnover intention are job satisfaction. Psychological climate will not affect employees to turnover intention as long as employees have high satisfaction with their work.
